Site Inspections

Our certified auditors will perform the visit the site. You will receive a full site inspection report with findings and recommendations, ensuring you are complying with current legislations.

Our points will be inclusive of the State Health Department.

We will provide you guidance and assistance in developing risk assessments

Following the visit we will produce our report.

Adequate time will be given to the Customer for closing all Non Conformance Findings given in our report.

Customer will then notify us officially, to arrange for a second visit of the site.

Once the second visit is finalized Customer will be invited to a closing meeting and given their Health & Safety grade.

This will be made known and duly acknowledged by the Customer in writing. Based upon the final report a Health & Safety Certificate will be sent to the Customer for their own files.

All protocols are and will be in compliance with NEBOSH, The State Health Department check list as well as in line with the required lists of the respective Tour Operators, ABTA and European Travel Agents.

Annual Health, Safety and Environmental Audit

We will carry out a full annual Health and Safety Audit which includes; management audit report, an executive summary and recommendations. We will also give practical advice on implementing all recommendations which will be presented within the report.

Accident and Incident Investigation

We can conduct a full investigation to establish initial and root causes. Our full report will also include recommendations to prevent a reoccurrence.

Annual Fire Risk Assessments

An annual Fire Risk Assessment can be carried out, upon request, for the Customers Hotel, Resort or workplace in order to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) 2005. A full fire risk assessment report will be supplied
